  “A Film Odyssey”:
This short follows an ape called darwin at the dawn of man. He enters the monolith and is thrust into the world of cinema, jumping through iconic movie moments. This was produced as a professional brief for The Phoenix.
   
         
  Pancho Sombrero:
A character design project where James created a Mexican street urchin named “Pancho Sombrero”. Aspiring to one day be a great bullfighter (Matador), he braves the traffic washing car windscreens. He has featured in 2 of James's animations.
   
         
  Attack of the Appliances:
A group VFX project produced with 3 friends that follows a band of household appliances out for vengeance from beyond the grave.
   
         
  Magboy:
A first year project created with friend Stuart Owen, Magboy was james's brainchild first computer animation
   
-Recent Projects-      
  Currently James is working on a stock rig caricature of himself to experiment with new assets such as stretchy limbs.
   
         
  Little Light (working title):
A short film that has been in development since 2009,
Lightbulbs are left in the dark until one gets a bright idea.
   
         
  Untitled - “the gift of colour” (working title):
A short film in production with LAGJAM a group of fellow animation graduates. An art supplies salesman falls for an artist.
